Meet Dr. Jason Setlock

Dr. Setlock received his Bachelor of Science degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. He completed his dental school training at SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and completed his endodontic residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Setlock began his endodontic career in Buffalo, New York then relocated to Arizona to continue private practice endodontics.

Throughout his nearly 25 years of practice, Dr. Setlock has dedicated himself to the absolute highest standard of care. Through constant refinement he has achieved exceptional patient outcomes and overall satisfaction. He goes to great lengths to ensure that his patients have an excellent experience and are relieved of their pain in the most gentle, predictable way possible. He has been selected by Phoenix Magazine as a top endodontist in the valley, and continues to stay on top of the ever evolving technology in dentistry. He has been certified in the Gentlewave Procedure and also trained using lasers for endodontic needs.

We are thrilled to have Dr. Setlock back in the Western New York area. He will continue to share his time in Arizona while serving our community here in the Buffalo area.
